• Project planning based on J-Squared accelerated upgrade methodology
• A system architecture review of the customer environment to assist with the proper sizing, security and network configuration.
• Delta training and new functionality review
• Installation of the binaries on each of the customer environment (Production, Staging, Development) along with system level configuration
• Review and repair of aVerify errors from the pre-upgrade and post-upgrade environments
• Execution of database upgrades and patches/fix scripts
• Configuration assistance to address new functionality requirements, including ACP mapping
• Assistance with validation, testing and updates to integrations or process extensions
